Physical and Psychological signs and symptoms that produce stress
Long & Short Term Stress
How Diet and Physical Exercise can affect Stress
Treatment of Stress
Coping Strategies
You will need to bring :-
Sleeping Bag or large Blanket Throw for Meditation and Relaxation
Note Book and Pen
Please wear comfortable clothing to class i.e. t-shirt and tracksuit bottoms, runners/comfortable shoes.
